中文摘要: 针对辽宁某金矿选矿工艺生产中存在的生产不稳定,半自磨停产检修太过频繁,耗材以及电耗指标偏高等问题,对选厂现有的破碎 - 磨矿流程进行工艺技术改造,后续浮选等工艺保持不变。破碎改造方案采用三段两闭路流程,在有限空间,破碎筛分呈多层立体配置,利用空间高差新增了矿石的输送及破碎筛分设备,可以有效地减少厂房用地面积,降低建设投资,非常适用于工业场地有限的选厂。生产实践表明,工艺改造后,选厂的耗材以及电耗指标有明显的降低。选矿厂已于 2016 年 9 月正式投产,运行正常。
Abstract:In view of the unstable production in the beneficiation process, frequent shutdown and overhaul of SAG mill, high consumption of materials and energy of a gold ore in Liaoning Province. Technological upgrading is planned regarding crushing- milling process for the existing plant, while the subsequent flotation process remains unchanged. The upgrading scheme adopts three-stage of crushing with two closed screening in limited space. Ore conveying, crushing and screening equipment are added by using space elevation difference, which can effectively reduce site area of the plant, and is very suitable for the concentrator with limited industrial site. The production practice shows that the consumables and power consumption index of the concentrator are significantly reduced by this technological upgrading. The concentrator was put into operation in September 2016 and has been in normal operation.
