中文摘要: 从贵冶供配电潮流及继保装置配置入手,结合供配电系统在实际运行中出现的故障案例,对供电潮流中保护定值、保护时限进行核对,调整潮流中部分不相符线路继电保护动作级差,杜绝越级动作风险。对线路 SEL保护装置动作逻辑、报警逻辑进行分析 ,增加零序过流、相间过流保护预警逻辑,实现故障时的预警功能,提高电源侧继电保护可靠性及故障定位能力。
Abstract:Starting from the power supply and distribution power flow and the configuration of the relay protection device, combined with the fault cases in the actual operation of the power supply and distribution system, check the protection value and protection time limit in the power supply flow, and adjust some inconsistent lines in the power flow. The relay protection action level is poor, and the risk of the leap-level action is eliminated. The action logic and alarm logic of the line SEL protection device are analyzed, and the zerosequence over-current and phase-to-phase over-current protection early warning logic is added to realize the early warning function during the fault, and the reliability and fault location capability of the power supply side relay protection are improved.
