Abstract:The “321” development strategy of CNMC has guided the development direction and defined development goals for CNMC overseas mining enterprises. On the basis of interpreting the connotation of "making resources stronger" in the new strategy, it is pointed out that the new strategy should be welcomed with the working attitude of ‘change’ and ‘move’, so the company is called on to actively integrate into the new strategy and implement the new developmental concept. By comparing with the new strategy, the company has found out the shortcomings of its own development, and put forward the new path and solution of the company's current reform and innovation, so as to promote the solution of the company's sustainable development problems.
