Abstract:Particle size and concentration of cyclone overflow slurry are the key judging basis and index of grinding product quality.According to the practice experience, the on-line particle size and concentration analyzing system installed on the Shandong Gold Mining (Laizhou) Co., Ltd. Sanshandao Gold Mine was upgraded from the software and hardware aspects of the sampler, on-line particle size analyzer and concentration analyzer, promoting the running reliability and measuring precision of the whole system. The transformation achieved the expected effect and brought direct and indirect economic benefits to the plant.
