中文摘要: 以武山铜矿中矿为研究对象,分别利用金属球和氧化铝研磨球进行了磨矿、浮选试验,结果表明在磨矿细度 -0.074mm 占 90% 下,氧化铝研磨球与金属球相比具有相同的磨矿性能,前者磨矿产品过粉碎更轻。采用段式半理论公式计算出适宜的瓷高铝球磨矿介质尺寸为 Φ30mm、Φ15mm,配比为 4:1。以 MA-1+Mos-2为组合药剂、矿浆 pH=12.0 条件下经过一次粗选、两次扫选、两次精选的铜浮选,获得铜精矿品位 23.26%、铜回收率 95.31%,铜回收率提高 1.12%。
Abstract:Taking Wushan Copper Mine as the research object, grinding and flotation tests were performed using metal balls and alumina grinding balls. The results show that at a grinding fineness of -0.074mm, 90%, alumina grinding balls and metal balls compared with the same grinding performance, the former grinding product is lighter when being crushed. The segmental semi-theoretical formula was used to calculate the appropriate size of the porcelain high alumina ball milling media: Φ30mm and Φ15mm, and the ratio was 4:1. With MA-1 + Mos-2 as the combined agent, the pulp was subjected to one roughing, two sweeps, and two selected copper flotations under the condition of pH = 12.0. The copper concentrate grade was 23.26%, and the copper recovery rate was 95.31%. , copper recovery increased by 1.12%.
