中文摘要: 在传统 PCB、CCL 等标箔阴极辊用 Φ2m 和 Φ1.5m 两种规格钛筒锻件材料热加工工艺方法基础上,针对锂电铜箔阴极辊用钛筒锻件材料的技术要求,开展了 Φ2.7m 钛筒锻件材料的热加工工艺研究。经过现场取样分析及阴极辊成品使用效果证明,该工艺方案能够满足现有锂电铜箔阴极辊产品对钛筒锻件材料的使用要求。

Abstract:On the basis of the traditional hot working process of Φ2m and Φ1.5m titanium cylinder forging materials for cathode roller such as PCB and CCL electrolytic copper foil, according to the technical requirements of titanium cylinder forging materials which were used for cathode roller of lithium copper foil, the hot process experiments of φ 2.7m titanium cylinder forging material was studied. Based on the field sampling analysis and the effect of the finished product of the cathode roller, the process scheme can meet the requirements of the existing cathode roll products of lithium electro-copper foil for titanium cylinder forgings
