中文摘要: 论述了酸性废水中有价金属回收方法与优缺点,详细说明了化学硫化技术的优势特点。化学硫化工艺进行优化与改进后,既可以有效回收酸性废水中铜、锌等有价金属元素,又可以降低其回收成本以及废水处理难度进而使废水处理达标排放,同时避免了硫化氢气体的二次污染,实现了经济、环保最大效益化,在矿山酸性废水资源回收方面具有良好的推广意义,同时也可推广应用于其他有色金属矿山和电镀行业,促进行业科技进步。
Abstract:The recovery methods and advantages and disadvantages of valuable metals in acid waste water are discussed, and the advantages and characteristics of chemical vulcanization technology are described in detail. After optimizing and improving the chemical sulfidation process, not only the valuable metal elements such as copper and zinc in acid wastewater can be recovered effectively, but also the recovery cost and the difficulty of wastewater treatment can be reduced, at the same time, the secondary pollution of hydrogen sulfide gas is avoided, and the maximum benefit of economic and environmental protection is realized, it can also be used in other Nonferrous metal mining and electroplating industries to promote scientific and technological progress.
