Abstract:Weightlessness metering feeding screw machine is the key equipment in the smelting workshop of Guixi Smelter and the throat of the smelting feeding system. Because it is the original equipment imported from Finland, the price is expensive, the accessories cost is high, the motor and inverter overload operation. The principle of performance machine structure of screw machine is summarized through working practice. Through the replacement and optimization of domestic spare parts, not only solve the problem of feeding fluctuation and motor overload, but also reduce the cost of spare parts and maintenance. The performance is more stable than before, the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction is achieved.
