中文摘要: 在矿山发展的新形势下,对安全系数和生产效率的要求越来越高。矿山的高效、安全生产是发展的基础保障。然而,随着设备使用年限的增加,设备故障也会逐年攀升,对设备可开动率造成了很大的影响。因此,如何科学合理地管理并维护好运输设备、提高设备可开动率就显得尤为重要。为此,开展“多维一体”设备管理模式[1], 提高设备可开动率就显得尤为重要。
Abstract:In the new situation of mine development, the requirement of safety factor and production efficiency is higher and higher. The high efficiency and safety production of mine is the basic guarantee of development. However, with the increase of the equipment service life, the equipment failure will also increase year by year, which will have a great impact on the starting rate of the equipment.Therefore, how to manage and maintain the transportation equipment scientifically and reasonably, and how to improve the operation rate of the equipment is particularly important. Therefore, it is very important to develop the "multi-dimensional integration" equipment management mode and improve the equipment availability.
