Abstract:As the main intermediate product of copper smelting industry, the production and processing management process of copper anode plate directly affects the production efficiency of the smelter. Optimizing the production control, processing and scheduling management of copper anode plate can effectively reduce the impact of adverse factors in the production process. The internal quality of copper anode plate is improved by strengthening the control and operation of crude copper refining process；the external quality of anode plate is improved by the plastic processing of anode unit to meet the demand of electrolytic production; the orderly operation of anode furnace and electrolytic production is ensured by optimizing the scheduling management of anode plate and regulating the storage and transfer of anode.
