中文摘要: 为了提高铜电解整流装置对电流及电压的控制精度,降低操作人员劳动强度,设计一套以 PID 控制的大功率整流电源为基础,以安装有组态王软件的计算机作为上位机,西门子 S7-200 PLC 作为下位机,通过现场传感器将实时采集的参数信息传递给 PLC 和组态王,由 PLC 和相应模块驱动执行机构完成相应动作,实现系统自动监控。
Abstract:In order to improve the control accuracy of the current and voltage of the copper rectifier and reduce the operator's labor intensity, a set of high-power rectifier power supplies controlled by the PID is designed, and the computer equipped with Kingview is used as the host computer. The Siemens S7-200 PLC, as the slave computer, transmits the real-time collected parameter information to the PLC and Kingview through the field sensor. The PLC and the corresponding module drive the execution mechanism to complete the corresponding actions and realize the system automatic monitoring.
