Abstract:The risk management refers to the management method that helps the enterprise choose the most effective way to deal with the risk actively, purposefully and systematically through the identification, measurement and analysis of the risk, and strives for the maximum safety guarantee with the minimum cost. The risk mainly refers to the market price risk that may cause loss for enterprise operation or investment, such as the impact of changes in raw material price, product price and exchange rate on the profit and loss of relevant positions. At the beginning of 2020, with the worsening of the coronavirus, the stock market and the commodity market have a dramatic decline, which has a great impact on the financial market and the real enterprises, and the demand of enterprises for the management of market price fluctuations has increased. By analyzing the risk management of raw materials and products price fluctuation of copper processing enterprises, combining with the characteristics of copper processing industry，the basic ideas of risk management system construction of copper processing enterprises could be summarized.
