Abstract:Green mine construction is a vivid practice of ecological civilization construction in mining field, which can effectively change the development mode of mining industry and enhance the overall image of mining industry. During the period of the 14th Five-Year Plan, Yunnan should comprehensively promote green and low-carbon development, comprehensively improve the quality of ecological environment, comprehensively improve the efficiency of resource utilization, comprehensively improve the ecological environment governance system, build a solid ecological security barrier in Southwest China, and strive to become the vanguard of China's ecological civilization practice. However, Yunnan has a long history of mining development, and the contradiction between ecological protection and mining economic development is prominent. As a mountainous and multi-ethnic border mining province, this paper deeply analyzes the work progress, construction effect and existing problems of its green mine construction, and puts forward policy suggestions, which can provide reference for the formulation of mining green development policy in the western region.
