Abstract:In this article, the source of wastewater from a copper smelting company and its COD concentration distribution are introduced. The physical and chemical methods are used to remove heavy metals and COD and other pollutants in the company’s waste acid wastewater, and the pressure on the sewage treatment station is reduced through source reduction or wastewater homogenization adjustment. In this way, the COD content of the effluent from the sewage treatment station is further reduced, and the water reuse standard within the enterprise is reached.
