中文摘要: 工控系统是工业生产的核心控制中枢,一般通过 PLC 对生产流程进行实时的监控。上位机服务器与 PLC 之间的通信一般基于工控协议,工控协议由各工控企业自行开发,兼容性差,封闭性强,其通信常常为自动化项目中的难点。5G 通信技术作为新一代移动通信技术,具有高带宽、低时延、稳定性好等优秀特性,天然适用于具有极高通信要求的工业控制网。但是,5G 网络通常由运营商建设,数据需经过运营商核心网进行交互,如何实现 5G 网络与工控 PLC 之间的互通就成为了难点问题。本文基于工控协议底层,通过 MEC 边缘计算及隧道技术,提出了一种 5G 网络下工控 PLC 通信的新思路。

Abstract:The industrial control system is the core control center of industrial production, and the production process is generally monitored in real time through PLC. The communication between the host computer server and the PLC is generally based on the industrial control protocol. The industrial control protocol is developed by each industrial control company. It has poor compatibility and strong closure. Its communication is often a difficult point in automation projects. As a new generation of mobile communication technology, 5G communication technology has excellent characteristics such as high bandwidth, low delay, and good stability. It is naturally suitable for industrial control networks with extremely high communication requirements. However, 5G networks are usually constructed by operators, and data needs to be interacted through the operator's core network. How to realize the intercommunication between 5G networks and industrial PLC has become a difficult issue. Based on the base layer of industrial control protocol and through MEC edge calculation and tunnel technology, this paper proposes a new method of industrial control network communication.
