中文摘要: 针对江西铜业集团公司德兴铜矿所配备的斗容 35m3 的 WK-35 电铲在检修时需将上下盘分离的需求,提出一种 MATLAB 的参数自整定 PID 控制方法,设计出一套满足顶升要求的简单、经济的液压同步顶升作业装置,数值模拟结果表明该液压系统具有较好的动态特性、符合工程技术要求 ;结合相应 PID 控制理论,借助 AMESim/Simulink 耦合并行运算,完成电液结合高精度、高响应的同步顶升控制系统。
Abstract:Aiming at the requirement of separating upper and lower plates of WK-35 shovel with bucket capacity of 35m3 in Dexing Copper Mine of Jiangxi Copper Corporation Limited, a parameter self-tuning PID control method based on MATLAB is proposed, and a simple and economical hydraulic synchronous jacking operation device is designed to meet the jacking requirements. The numerical simulation results show that the hydraulic system has good dynamic characteristics and meets the requirements of engineering technology.Combined with the corresponding PID control theory and with the aid of AMESim/Simulink coupling parallel operation, the electrohydraulic synchronous jacking control system with high precision and high response is completed.
