中文摘要: 大山选矿厂处理矿石主要为铜钼硫化矿,为进一步提高铜、钼回收率指标,充分对资源综合利用。在实验室小型试验的基础上,在大山选矿厂开展工业试验,并对工业试验产品进行了产品分析。通过在混合浮选时添加适量的捕收剂 BK404B,在一步精选作业,添加适量的水玻璃,对 160m3 系统扫选 II 的泡沫进行选择性再磨。最终工业试验 160m3 系统铜回收率达 88.20%,相比较工业试验之前正常生产一个月铜回收率提高 0.42个百分点 ;钼综合回收率为 65.37%,相比较工业试验之前正常生产一个月的累计指标钼综合回收率提高 5.36 个百分点。

Abstract:The Dashan Concentrator is mainly copper-molybdenum sulfide ore. In order to further improve the copper and molybdenum recovery rate indicators, it fully utilizes resources. On the basis of small-scale laboratory tests, industrial tests were carried out on the Dashan Concentrator, and the industrial test products were analyzed. By adding an appropriate amount of collector BK404B during mixed flotation, adding an appropriate amount of water glass in one step of the selection operation, and selectively regrinding the foam of the 160m3 system sweeping II, the final industrial test 160m3 system copper recovery rate is 88.20% Compared with the normal production one month before the industrial test, the copper recovery rate has increased by 0.42%. The comprehensive recovery rate of molybdenum is 65.37%, which is 5.36 percentage points higher than the cumulative target of one month of normal production before the industrial test.
