Abstract:This paper introduces the use of municipal wastewater reclaimed water as a production water source in a large copper smelter, and introduces in detail the process flow, main equipment selection and cost analysis of municipal wastewater reclaimed water reuse technology. At present, the treatment device is stable in operation and controllable in cost. It can not only ensure the safety of water for enterprises, save groundwater and surface water resources, but also meet the requirements of national water resources policies, which is beneficial to enterprises to control water costs, ensure normal production of enterprises, and improve enterprises economic benefits.
