Abstract:Guixi Smelter has been explored continuously in many years of production practice, through in-depth research of the raw material status of various coarse and miscellaneous copper, especially the study on the distribution law of gold and silver in copper ingot.It has very important reference significance to improve sample representativeness. We set samples according to the ratio of furnace times,increase the sampling ratio, partition drill samples, and evenly distribute the crushed copper rice to guarantee sample representativeness.At the same time, we minimize analysis error and further improve sample representativeness by strengthening the process control of drilling samples, and opening furnace and sample preparation.
