Abstract:In this paper, the operation situation of air compressor used in the continuous casting and rolling precision copper tube production line is analyzed, combined with the industrial practice of dehumidification, heating and drying of wood products used for precision copper tube packaging, air compressor heat recovery principle is studied. The innovation in packaging material drying system,heat instead of electric heating desiccant, the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption and reducing the air compressor oil temperature are achieved, the normal operation of air compressor is ensured, which lays a good foundation for energy management of copper processing production.
