Abstract:The hydraulic system of transverse feeding device is controlled by the traditional hydraulic circuit, but because the beam and the positive plate are heavy, the motion speed is fast, the impact force is big, so it leads to the poor stability of deceleration, making the transverse feeding device fault occurs frequently. The high failure rate of the cross-feed device directly reduces the production efficiency of the unit. Through the analysis of the principle of the original design hydraulic circuit and the principle of the decelerating actuator, the related factors that restrict the operation stability of the cross-feed device are found out. Aiming at the malpractice of the original design, by referring to the data of typical hydraulic circuit, the reformation idea of parallel control of two circuits is put forward, and it is organized and implemented, and good results are obtained.
