中文摘要: 垂直相邻中段因采矿方法的变更,造成水平矿柱偏载作用,恶化顶板岩体稳定性,给生产安全造成不良影响.基于结构力学原理,建立了上下中段矿柱错位布置偏载作用力学模型,推导了水平矿柱弯矩、剪力和安全系数计算公式,并结合工程案例开展了相关理论计算.研究表明:偏载作用对预留水平矿柱力学性能劣化影响明显,随着水平矿柱厚度的减少,安全系数越来越小;根据建立的偏载矿柱力学模型,可快速计算不同偏载程度作用下预留水平矿柱弱化关系,开采优化设计提供指导.
Abstract:Because of the change of mining method in the vertical adjacent middle section, the eccentric load of horizontal pillar will worsen the stability of roof rock mass and bring bad influence to production safety. Based on the principle of structural mechanics,the mechanical model of eccentric load acting on the dislocation arrangement of the upper and lower ore pillars were established, and the formulas for calculating the bending moment, shear force and factor of safety of the horizontal ore pillars were derived. The results show that the effect of eccentric load on the mechanical properties of the reserved horizontal pillar is obvious. With the decrease of the thickness of horizontal pillar, the factor of safety becomes smaller and smaller, based on the mechanical model of the eccentric load pillar, the weakening relationship of the reserved horizontal pillar under different eccentric load can be quickly calculated.
