Abstract:The arsenic-containing materials in the copper smelting process mainly include copper soot, arsenic filter cake, black copper mud, electrowinning copper, etc., which are also typical solid wastes in the smelting process. At present, most smelters return them to the furnace for processing, but not only this reduces the furnace's processing capacity of raw materials, but also the cyclic accumulation of arsenic in the system affects the furnace conditions and normal production. Taking the opening of arsenic removal as a starting point, the main arsenic-containing materials processing technology is reviewed, the progress of arsenic removal technology is introduced in detail, different arsenic removal methods are compared, and the development direction and trend of arsenic-containing material processing technology is discussed.
