中文摘要: 珠光砂板结已经成为危害空分设备安全运行的重要因素,珠光砂板结会引起阀门或者管道故障,造成空分冷损增加,甚至引发空分塔的安全运行,造成事故,结合本车间1#、4#制氧机空分塔出现的珠光砂板结的情况,分析珠光砂板结原因,并从设计、运行、维护等方面提出预防珠光砂板结的措施.

Abstract:Gypsum slag, as an important by-product of copper smelting system, is a hazardous waste with high disposal cost and high stacking pressure. The calcium oxide obtained from high-temperature calcination and decomposition of gypsum slag has great application prospects in industry. It can be used as a solvent back to the side blowing smelting furnace, which can improve the slag type on the one hand and save the purchase cost of calcium oxide on the other hand. The effects of decomposition temperature, anthracite addition and decomposition time on the thermal decomposition of gypsum slag are discussed by high temperature calcination in reducing atmosphere. The experimental results show that gypsum slag is basically completely decomposed under reducing atmosphere at 1300 ℃ and constant temperature for 60min.
