中文摘要: 随着人类对矿产资源需求的日益增加,国内外众多矿山已经逐步进入深部开采。深部高应力往往会造成采场的失稳,从而影响采矿经济技术指标,现有的采矿参数不再适用于深部矿体。某矿山通过理论计算得出合理的采场结构参数,增大采场生产能力,降低矿石的损失率和贫化率,减少矿石开采成本。生产实践表明 :新方案经济效益明显增加,采矿成本每吨降低 16 元,矿石损失率和贫化率分别下降 2.5 %、1.9 %,进一步实现了矿山高效开采,保障了采矿的作业安全,可为其他类似矿山开采提供一定的参考和借鉴。
Abstract:With the increasing human demand for mineral resources, many domestic and foreign mines have gradually entered deep mining. High stresses in deep areas often cause instability of the stope, which affects the economic and technical indicators of mining. The existing mining parameters are no longer applicable to deep ore bodies. A reasonable mine structure parameter is theoretically calculated for a mine to increase the mine's production capacity, reduce the ore loss rate and lean rate, and reduce the ore mining cost.Production practice shows that the economic benefits of the new scheme are significantly increased, the mining cost is reduced by 16 yuan per ton, and the ore loss rate and depletion rate are decreased by 2.5% and 1.9% respectively. The mining of other similar mines provides a reference.
