中文摘要: 城门山铜矿选矿厂精石灰搅拌槽因设计不合理,导致搅拌混合效果差,沉槽严重,槽底结钙以及管路堵塞现象时常发生。通过增加桨叶直径,采用双层桨叶,同时对槽体结构进行优化,解决了 Φ4.0×4.0m精石灰搅拌槽搅拌能力不足,沉槽严重等问题。
Abstract:Because of the unreasonable design of fine lime mixing tank in the concentrator of Chengmenshan Copper Mine, the mixing effect is poor, and the precipitation is serious, and the pipeline is blocked. By increasing the blade diameter, adopting the double blade, and optimizing the tub structure, the problems of insufficient capacity of Φ4.0×4.0m fine lime mixing tank and serious precipitation are solved.
