中文摘要: 陶瓷球作为一种新型的磨矿介质,由于其具有节能、节球耗、减少铁质污染等优点,在矿山磨矿领域发展迅速。银山矿立式螺旋搅拌磨机的日常添加瓷球尺寸一般为 20mm、25mm,瓷球失圆率较高,为此开展了针对添加瓷球尺寸的试验研究,研究结果表明,10mm 大小的瓷球为最佳的添加球尺寸,在同样的磨矿效果条件下,介质充填率降低了 5%,电耗可节约 10%,效果显著。
Abstract:As a new grinding medium, ceramic ball has developed rapidly in the field of ore grinding due to its advantages of energy saving, ball consumption saving and reducing iron pollution. In Yinshan Mine, the size of ceramic balls is generally 20 mm and 25 mm,and the loss of roundness rate of ceramic balls is high. Therefore, the experimental research on the size of ceramic balls is carried out.The results show that the size of 10 mm is the best size of ceramic ball. Under the same grinding effect, the medium filling rate is reduced by 5%, and the power consumption can be saved by 10%.
