中文摘要: 对阳极板模具使用经历进行简单的介绍 ;对现阶段阳极炉废板率高的原因进行分析,母模配耳角度小、浇铸包底部钢结构弯曲幅度大是造成阳极炉废板率高的关键性因素 ;通过一定的改进措施,现阳极炉废板率稳定在 1.38% 左右,大幅度降低了废板率,节约了企业成本。
Abstract:The experience of anode plate mould usage is brief introduced, and the reasons of high scrap plate rate in anode furnace are analyzed. The mother mould with small ear angle and large bending amplitude of steel structure at bottom of cast bag are the key factors of the high waste plate rate of the anode furnace. Through some improvement measures,the scrap plate rate of current anode furnace is stable at 1.38 %, the scrap plate rate is reduced significantly, and the cost of enterprises is saved.
