中文摘要: 以变频调速系统大型矿用挖掘机为研究对象,介绍了电铲两台提升电机间存在机械耦合,所以两 台逆变器之间采用转矩主从控制方式,其中主装置(MASTER)为速度控制,从装置(SLAVE)为转矩控制, 这样提升机构既实现速度控制,又保证两台电机间的出力均衡的工作原理。分析了提升失控问题的各种可能原 因以及应对措施,确保设备可靠运行。

Abstract:Taking the large-scale mining excavator with variable frequency speed regulation system as the research object, the mechanical coupling between the two hoisting motors of the electric shovel is introduced in this paper. So the Torque MASTER-slave control method is adopted between the two inverters, in which the master device (MASTER) is the speed control, the slave device (SLAVE) is torque control, so that the lifting mechanism not only realizes speed control, but also ensures the output balance between the two motors working principle. The possible causes of out-of-control hoisting and the countermeasures are analyzed to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment.
