中文摘要: 研究了银阳极泥氯化浸出回收金工艺。实验结果显示,在盐酸 1.5 mol/L、硫酸 0.75 mol/L、氯化钠35 g/L、氯酸钠与银阳极泥中金的质量比 mNaClO3∶mAu=1.5∶1、浸出时间4.0 h、液固比 L∶S=10∶1、反应温度为80℃的条件下,银阳极泥中金的平均浸出率达到99.51%。
Abstract:A process of gold extraction from silver anode slime by chlorination leaching method was proposed. The results show that the average gold leaching rate reaches 99.51 %, while chlorination leaching is carried out under the following conditions: the hydrochloride acid concentration is 1.5 mol/L, the sulfuric acid concentration is 0.75 mol/L, the sodium chloride concentration is 35 g/L, the mass ratio of sodium chlorate and gold is mNaClO3∶mAu=1.5∶1, the leaching time is 4.0 h, the liquid-solid ratio is 10∶1, and the leaching temperature is 80 ℃.
