中文摘要: 研究采用阴离子交换吸附方式脱除高酸硫酸镍溶液的硫酸,提高硫酸镍溶液浓缩比的工艺条件。分别考察了进液速率、洗脱液类型以及洗脱液体积比对酸盐分离效果的影响。确定的最佳工艺条件为 :进液速率为5BV/h,洗脱液的类型为生产用水,洗脱液与进液体积比为 1∶1。在最佳工艺条件下进行的验证实验结果表明 :硫酸镍溶液的酸脱除率大于80%,脱酸后液中硫酸的酸度小于70g/L。

Abstract:The process conditions of removing sulfuric acid from high acid nickel sulfate solution by anion exchange adsorption and improving the concentration ratio of nickel sulfate solution were studied. The effects of liquid inlet rate, eluent type and eluent volume ratio on acid salt separation were investigated. The optimum process conditions were as follows: the feed rate was 5BV/h, the type of eluent was production water, and the volume ratio of eluent to feed was 1∶1. The experimental results under the optimum process conditions show that the acid removal rate of nickel sulfate solution is more than 80%, and the acidity of sulfuric acid in deacidification salt solution is less than 70g/L.
