中文摘要: 以生箔机的耳箔收卷为研究对象,对耳箔收卷过程中产生的问题进行阐述和分析,同时对耳箔收卷总成的运行和维护进行了探究,提出生箔机耳箔收卷总成改进优化方案,解决了生箔机在耳箔收卷过程中耳箔收卷时间短、耳箔收卷卷长过短,增加人力成本等问题,对耳箔收卷的质量提升和生箔机正常运转具有重大的意义。
Abstract:Taking the ear foil winding of the raw foil machine as the research object, the problems arising in the ear foil winding process are explained and analyzed. At the same time, the operation and maintenance of the ear foil winding assembly are explored, and the improvement and optimization scheme of ear foil winding assembly of raw foil machine is proposed, which solve the problems of short ear foil winding time, too short ear foil winding length, and increaseing labor cost during the ear foil winding process of the raw foil machine. It is great significance to the quality improvement of ear foil winding and the normal operation of the foil producing machine.
