中文摘要: 空气净化系统是 GKD2 型内燃机车风源系统的主要组成部分,为机车提供清洁、高效的风源。然而内燃机车空气净化系统结构设计存在缺陷,导致机车制动系统和走车电路等相关故障频发,严重影响铁路行车安全。文章根据空气净化系统的组成和工作原理,结合实际应用情况,分析了故障产生的原因,针对性地采取了相关改进措施,降低了空气净化系统的故障率,为机车安全运行提供了可靠保障。
Abstract:The air purification system is the main component of the air source system of GKD2 diesel locomotive, which provides clean and efficient air source for the locomotive. However, there are defects in the structural design of the diesel locomotive air purification system, which lead to frequent failures of the locomotive brake system and running circuit, and seriously affect the safety of railway operation. According to the composition and working principle of the air purification system, combining with the practical application, this paper analyzes the causes of the failure, and takes relevant improvement measures to reduce the failure rate of the air purification system, which provides a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of locomotives.
