Abstract:HT3110 electric wheel vehicle adopts full hydraulic brake control system, which often appears some faults in the process of use, causing great hidden trouble for driving safety and even causing safety accidents. Therefore, the common faults of the braking system are diagnosed and analyzed, the potential safety hazards caused by the common faults of the braking system are solved, the occurrence of safety accidents such as equipment and personal casualties is avoided, and the safety performance of the braking system is improved, the service life of the equipment is prolonged and the mine safety production creates great economic value.
