中文摘要: 采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定有机胺中硫酸根含量,考察了盐酸加入量、溶液蒸干程度、残硫补正值等实验条件。使用盐酸蒸发样品溶液中的低价态硫,不能蒸发的硫以硫酸根形式存在,可在光谱仪上直接测定,该方法结果准确、简便快速。方法检出限为 0.45mg/L,加标回收率在 98.5%~100.2% 之间 ,测定范围为 10~100g/L。
Abstract:The content of sulfate radical in organic amines is determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES). The experimental conditions such as the amount of hydrochloric acid, the degree of evaporation and the correction value of residual sulfur are investigated. The low valence sulfur in the sample solution is evaporated by hydrochloric acid. The sulfur that cannot be evaporated exists in the form of sulfate radical, which can be determined directly on the spectrometer. The result of this method is accurate, simple and rapid. The detection limit is 0.45mg/L, the recovery is 98.5% ~ 100.2%,and the determination range is 10 ~ 100g / L.
