中文摘要: 银锭浇铸机在实际生产中,硅碳棒电源连接带因高温氧化而导致电流下降,严重时会使连接带断裂。因此,需要定期维护、更换。本文首先对浇铸机电源连接带的烧断原因进行分析,得出主要原因是铜电源连接带在高温下容易氧化烧断。为此,采用新型耐高温电源连接带,并涂抹降温涂料,有效提升连接带使用寿命。
Abstract:In the actual production of silver ingot casting machine, there is a phenomenon that the current of silicon carbide rod power connection belt decreases due to high-temperature oxidation. In serious cases, the connection belt will be broken and need to be maintained and replaced regularly. Through the cause analysis of the burning out of the power connection belt of the casting machine, the main influencing factor is that the copper power connection belt is easy to be oxidized and burned out at high temperature. In view of this, a new high-temperature resistant power supply connecting belt is adopted, and a cooling coating is applied to effectively improve the service life of the connecting belt.
