中文摘要: 精矿库主要用来接收、存储铜精矿、渣精矿、石英砂和部分中间物料,并进行高效配置和输送等操作,为闪速炉用料需求提供保障。精矿倒运过程中易造成库区粉尘飞扬、作业环境恶劣、操作人员作业强度高、设备故障频繁和作业效率低等难题,限制了生产效率提升。研发无人化智能行车,并投入使用成为当务之急。

Abstract:The concentrate warehouse is mainly used to receive and store copper concentrate, slag concentrate, quartz sand and some intermediate materials, and perform operations such as configuration and transformation and provide qualified materials for the material demand of flash furnace. During the process of reverse transport of concentrate,it is easy to cause dust flying in the reservoir area, harsh operating environment, high operating intensity of operators, frequent equipment failure, and low operating efficiency, which limit the improvement of production efficiency. It is urgent to develop unmanned intelligent driving and put it into use.
