中文摘要: 主要研究了铜阳极泥在碱性环境下氢氧化钠浓度、液固比、温度、反应时间对砷浸出率的影响,并得到了较优工艺条件。最佳浸出条件为:液固比6∶1,氢氧化钠浓度60g/L,反应温度85℃,反应时间4h。在以上条件下,砷浸出率可达到98.81%。
Abstract:In this article, the effects of sodium hydroxide concentration, liquid-solid ratio, temperature and reaction time on arsenic leaching rate of copper anode slime under alkaline conditions are studied, and the better process conditions are obtained. The optimumconditions are as follows: liquid-solid ratio 6∶1, sodium hydroxide concentration 60g/L, temperature 85℃, reaction time 4h. Underthese conditions, arsenic leaching rate can reach 98.81%.
