中文摘要: 针对武山铜矿磨矿分级系统存在磨矿分级不稳定和磨矿效果差问题,分析了磨矿分级工艺流程并进行改进。改进后,通过磨矿给水自动控制系统、原矿泵池液位与分级压力自动控制系统的矿量,准确计算出各点补加水量,实现了磨矿浓度的自动控制,提高了磨矿产品细度,改善了磨矿产品粒径组成。生产应用结果表明,半自磨、球磨磨矿浓度和原矿溢流浓度更加稳定,磨矿分级效果得到改善,泵池液位也更加稳定,生产流程更加均衡高效。
Abstract:In view of the problems of grinding classification instability and poor grinding effect in the grinding classification system of Wushan Copper Mine, the grinding classification process is analyzed and improved. After the improvement, the automatic control of grinding concentration, fineness of grinding products and particle size composition of grinding products are improved through the automatic control system of grinding water supply, automatic control system of raw ore pump level and automatic control system of grading pressure, accurate calculation and given water replenishment at each point, and the automatic control of grinding concentration is realized. The production application results show that the concentration of semi-self-grinding, ball grinding and raw ore overflow are more stable, the grinding classification effect is improved, the level of the pump pool is more stable, and the production process is more balanced and efficient.
