中文摘要: 水平连铸炉组是一种铜熔炼设备,广泛应用于锡磷青铜、白铜、黄铜等牌号的铜合金铸坯生产。循环水系统是水平连铸炉组高质量运行的关键因素,关系到炉组的生产安全,同时其稳定性直接影响铸坯质量。针对初期设计的循环水系统使用一段时间后发现的问题,通过对系统的温度、压力、清洁度等进行改进,问题得以解决,且节能效果显著。

Abstract:The horizontal continuous casting furnace is a kind of copper melting equipment, which is widely used in the production of copper alloy casting ingots of Sn-P bronze, cupronickel and brass, etc. The circulating water system is the key factor for the horizontal continuous casting furnace, which affects its production safety. Besides, the stability of circulating water system directly affects the quality of ingots. After a period of time of the use of the initially designed circulating water system, it was found that some details of the design were unreasonable. Byimproving the system’s temperature, pressure and cleanliness, the problem was solved and its energy saving was remarkable.
