中文摘要: 分析了某铜业公司电解厂过滤系统中存在的主要问题,并相应采取了对压滤机和净化过滤机进行技术升级改造的解决措施。改造后,阳极泥含铜率从22.3%下降至15.8%,阳极泥含水率由35.2%下降至21.5%,阴极铜优品率得到显著提升。
Abstract:The main problems existing in the filtration system of a company's electrolysis plant are analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures to upgrade the filter press and purification filter technology are adopted. After transformation, the copper content of anode slime decreased from 22.3% to 15.8%, and the moisture content of anode slime decreased from 35.2% dropped to 21.6%, and the high-quality cathode copper rate has been significantly improved, which is of reference to the peers.
