Abstract:The process technology of standard silver ingot melting and casting is introduced, and the characteristics and shortcomings of four equipment technologies are analyzed. Through comparison, the equipment technologies of silver ingot melting and casting in medium frequency furnace and electric furnace are difficult to meet the appearance quality requirements of registered silver ingots. The equipment and technology of flameless melting and casting silver ingot has the advantages of good environment, high degree of automation, high qualified rate, high quality and impeccable appearance. There are tunnel type and cavity type in flameless melting and casting process, and the cavity type has more advantages in development. In the future, the equipment and technology of flameless cavity melting and casting silver ingot will become the development direction of standard silver ingot melting and casting.
