中文摘要: 针对分金渣中由于金含量过高而存在贵金属流失的现象,对分金压榨工序参数进行优化研究。试验以正常生产的分金渣为原料,通过改变浆化时间、浆化固液比、漂洗时间,研究三者对分金渣中金含量的影响。试验结果表明,在分金渣浆化时间为15min、浆化固液比为1∶3、漂洗时间为15min条件下,可达到最佳效果,分金渣中金含量仅有0.047%,满足实际生产需要。

Abstract:Aiming at the phenomenon of precious metal loss due to the high gold content in gold separation slag, the process parameters of gold separation pressing are optimized and studied. The influence of slurry time, slurry solid-liquid ratio and rinsing time on the gold content in gold separation slag is studied by using normal production gold separation slag as raw material. The experiment results show that the best effect can be achieved under the conditions of slurry time of 15min, and slurry solid liquid ratio of 1∶3, and rinsing time of 15min.The gold content in gold separation slag is only 0.047%, which meets the actual production needs.
