中文摘要: 本文介绍了闪速炉给料系统的基本原理,并根据闪速炉给料系统出现的相关问题分析了产生的原因,通过对整个给料系统进行相应的技术改进,增加三段风动溜槽和烟灰失重系统,改造后闪速炉渣含铜由2.0%降到1.37%,SO3发生率由1.84%下降至0.82%,提升贵冶老系统闪速炉失重系统运行平稳性,提高了冰铜质量。
Abstract:This paper introduces the basic principle of the flash furnace feeding system, analyses the causes of problems which occurred in flash furnace feeding system, and elaborates the corresponding technological improvement for the problems in the feeding system. Three sections of air chute and soot weightlessness system are added in the improved scheme. After the transformation, the copper content of flash furnace slag is reduced from 2.0% to 1.37%, and the incidence of SO3 is reduced from 1.84% to 0.82%, which improves the stability of the gravity loss system of flash furnace in the old smelting system, and improves the quality of matte.
