中文摘要: 湿法炼锌工业生产中,含锌溶液盐度高、酸度低,各元素的化验分析结果受温度影响较大。其中Fe,Co,Cd,As,Sb,Zn几个元素含量相对较高,工艺除杂的难度较大,对生产的影响显著。针对这些元素进行化验分析时,其结果均随温度的变化而大幅波动。由此,研究其波动规律并确定化验分析的最优温度条件意义重大。研究波动规律时,先趁热取大样,再用小瓶分装,然后在12~80 ℃范围内,按5~10 ℃为一个阶梯,在不同的温度下分别用容量法、双道原子荧光光谱法和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定各分析项目。根据测定结果,获得最优化验分析温度为60 ℃。

Abstract:In the industrial production of zinc hydrometallurgy,the zinc containing solution has high salinity and low acidity,and the analysis results of various elements are greatly affected by temperature. The contents of Fe,Co,Cd,As,Sb and Zn are relatively high,and it is difficult to remove impurities in the process,which has a significant impact on production. When these elements are analyzed,their results also fluctuate greatly with the change of temperature. Thus,it is significant to study their fluctuation rules and determine the optimal temperature conditions for analysis. When studying the fluctuation law,take large samples first while they are hot,and then divide them in small bottles. Then,in the range of 12~80 ℃,take 5~10 ℃ as a step,and measure each analysis item at different temperatures by volumetric method,dual channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. According to the measurement results,the optimal analysis temperature is 60 ℃.
