中文摘要: 七宝山铅锌矿选矿工艺依次对铜、铅、锌、硫进行浮选,但由于矿石中铜矿物性质发生改变,矿物嵌布连生关系复杂,铜铅分离难度大。采取铜铅混合浮选工艺,铜金属就富集于铅精矿中进行回收。根据矿石的特性,对铜铅混合浮选药剂进行研究,结合实验和生产实践,采用清洁捕收剂HQ77取代捕收剂苯胺黑药,同时调整工艺参数,降低铅精矿铅品位,获得的铅精矿含铜量由6.39%上升至8.38%,铅精矿中铜回收率由46.05%上升至55.85%,每年铅精矿中可多富集铜金属67.3t,可获得较好的经济效益和社会效益。
Abstract:The beneficiation process of Qibaoshan lead-zinc mine successively adopts preferential flotation to select copper, lead, zinc and sulfur. Due to the change of copper minerals properties in the ore, the complex mineral intercalation relationship, it is difficult to separate copper and lead. In this paper, the copper-lead mixed flotation process is adopted, the copper metal is enriched in lead concentrate for recovery. Through the research on the mixed flotation process of copper and lead, according to the characteristics of the ore and combined with previous experiments and production practice, the cleaner collector HQ77 is used to replace the collector aniline black drug. At the same time, the process parameters are adjusted to reduce the lead grade of lead concentrate. The copper content in lead concentrate is increased from 6.39% to 8.38%, the copper recovery rate in lead concentrate is increased from 46.05% to 55.85%, and 67.3 tons of copper metal can be enriched in lead concentrate every year, The enterprise has obtained better economic and social benefits.
