中文摘要: 介绍了贵溪冶炼厂电解净液工段为了消除高杂原料生产过程中电解液杂质上升带来的影响,研究对比了几种提高净液除杂能力的改进方法。具体阐述了从提高真空度、增大换热面积、将诱导法脱杂改为分段循环法脱杂以及对硫酸镍冷冻结晶工艺等方面的改进,在提高净液工序脱杂能力、满足现有生产规模以及改善脱杂槽面环境等方面,取得了显著效果。
Abstract:In order to eliminate the influence of electrolyte impurities rising in the process of high impurity raw material production, several improved methods to improve the impurity removal ability of the net electrolyte in Guixi smelter are introduced in this article. The improvement of vacuum degree and heat transfer area, the conversion of induction method to segmented circulation method, and the improvement of frozen crystallization process of nickel sulfate are elaborated in details. Significant effects have been achieved in terms of impurity removal capacity of clean liquid process, meeting the existing production scale and improving the descretion tank surface environment.
