中文摘要: 随着工业自动化水平和控制系统可靠性要求的不断提高,料位精准控制的重要性日益凸显。矿仓料位计因其具有低维护、高性能、高精度等优越性被广泛应用于众多测量领域,然而在市场销售的形色各异的料位计中,目前还无法在特定的环境中做到100%的安全可靠。如何在特定的环境中有效控制矿仓料位,确保设备设施安全,实现生产流程稳定可靠,具有十分重要的意义。本文针对井下矿山的矿仓满溢等问题进行研究,成功设计、制作、应用了一种新型机械式矿仓料位装置,实现了矿仓料位的安全精准检测。
Abstract:With the continuous improvement of industrial automation level and control system reliability requirements, the role of accurate material level control is becoming increasingly prominent. Ore level gauges are widely used in many measurement fields due to their superior performance such as low maintenance, high performance and high accuracy, but the material level gauge in the market has different shapes and colors, and in a specific environment, it cannot achieve 100% safety and reliability. How to effectively control the material level of the mine in a specific environment, ensure the safety of equipment and facilities, and achieve a stable and reliable production process is of great significance. In this paper, the overflowing problems of ore bunker are studied, and a new mechanical ore bunker level device is designed to achieve accurate detection.
