中文摘要: 为了满足新能源汽车对高比能量密度动力电池的增长需求,升级超薄锂电铜箔(≤6μm)的制备能力势在必行。超薄锂电铜箔的抗拉强度较低,在涂布卷绕过程中,会发生铜箔断裂现象,降低产品的合格率。本研究采用添加剂乙撑硫脲以获得抗拉强度≥45kg/mm2的6μm铜箔,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(SRD)研究了乙撑硫脲对表面微观结构和铜箔晶粒取向的影响,既为制备超薄高抗拉锂电铜箔提供了一个新型添加剂配方,也为开发极薄锂电铜箔(≤4.5μm)提供了研究方向。
Abstract:In order to meet the growing demand of power battery for high specific energy density, it is imperative to develop and apply ultra-thin lithium battery copper foil (≤ 6 μm). Since the low tensile strength of ultra-thin copper foil, the copper foil will break and reduce the qualified rate of products during the coating and winding processes. To solve the above problems, a new additive of ethylene thiourea is used to obtain 6 μm copper foil with tensile strength ≥ 45kg/mm2. The influences of ethylene thiourea on the surface microstructure and grain orientation of copper foil are studied by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. This work not only provides a new additive for the preparation of ultra-thin and high tensile lithium copper foil, but also provides a research direction for the development of extreme-thin lithium copper foil (≤4.5 μm).
