中文摘要: 山阳县某低品位金矿含金1.35g/t,主要以裸露金及半裸露金的状态存在。基于矿石性质及环保要求,本次试验以尼尔森离心选矿机为主,开展磨矿细度、冲洗水流量、重力G值及给矿浓度的条件试验,从而确定尼尔森重选的最佳工艺参数。最终通过“尼尔森粗选-尼尔森一次扫选-溜槽二次扫选-摇床两次精选”的闭路试验,可获得金品位1086g/t、金回收率51.92%、银品位6912g/t、银回收率47.30%的高品位金精矿以及金品位为16.42/t、金回收率31.73%、银品位为100g/t、银回收率27.51%的低品位金精矿。金总回收率83.65%,银总回收率74.81%,选矿指标理想。
Abstract:A low grade gold deposit in Shanyang county contains 1.35g/t gold, which mainly exists in the state of bare or semi-bare gold. Based on the mineral properties and environmental protection requirements, this test is based on Nelson centrifugal concentrator to carry out the conditional experiments of grinding fineness, flushing water flow, gravity G value and feeding concentration condition test, so as to determine the best process parameters of Nelson gravity separation. Finally, in the closed-circuit test of "one Nelson rough selection- one Nelson scavenging selection- one chute scavenging selection- two shaker selection ", the high grade gold concentrate with gold grade of 1086g/t, gold recovery of 51.92%, silver grade of 6912g/t, silver recovery of 47.30% and low grade gold concentrate with gold grade of 16.42/t, gold recovery of 31.73%, silver grade of 100g/t, silver recovery of 27.51% were obtained. The total recovery of gold and silver was 83.65% and 74.81%, respectively.
